General  House-keeping

To ensure that....... YOU..... our guest....... is guaranteed the most unique, personable, and life changing experience, Sacred Touch  would like to briefly discuss a few of our standard "trade secrets", ensuring both therapist and guest are comfortable and equally respected.  We request that you arrive 15 min prior to your appointment time, however, should you run late, please call ahead to notify our team.

 Any guests arriving late for your scheduled appointment, 20 min or more, will be required to re-schedule their appointment.   

In order to secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $45 is required at time of booking.  If you need to cancel your service, 24 hrs. notice is required, your initial deposit may be transferred to rescheduled treatment time.

Etiquette

Massage and Bodywork is strictly for therapeutic purposes, and absolutely no sexualizing (either verbal or physical touching of the therapist) will be permitted or tolerated at any time.  Every client will be given one opportunity to "re-focus" any inappropriate language  or   "accidental" contact.  Should the behavior not stop, the therapist reserves the right to terminate the service and the guest will be asked to leave. No refund of service upon termination.

Also, we respectfully ask, that after strenuous exercise, or in cases of extreme sweating, please shower before coming for you appointment 

Medical Conditions

In order to provide the best care and personalized experience for each individual, it is essential  that ALL information about ANY present, or past medical conditions, whether you think they are relevant or not, be discussed with the therapist.

 Skin related and other Medical conditions

  • poison Ivy, warts, fungus, psoriasis, 

  • eczema, rashes, contagious disorders 

  • Diabetes, heart/circulatory issues

  •  Hypertension, neurological issues .

 

  Severe injuries,

Surgeries (past 10 years)

 Oncologic treatments (past or present)

 Pregnancy ( week13 and above)

 Any physical limitations, or under doctor's care. 

Policies

ST requires a 24 hr. cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments. All cancellations must be completed by phone with an attendant.

Only three cancellations/ re-scheduling of appointments are permitted per 12-month Calender.

A non-refundable $45 deposit is required to schedule appointments, the remainder will be due at arrival for appointment.  

  If cancellation occurs within 24 hrs., the deposit may be transferred to rescheduling an appointment.

.  Any client rescheduling services for any reason three consecutive times in a row will be required to schedule by phone and new deposit

. We value and respect your time, as much as we respect our own, should our service not meet with your expectation, as sometimes happens,  we will respectfully offer one return visit to receive a complimentary service  of equal value: no refunds issued for completed services. 

Illness, Contagious Conditions, Covid-19

Health and well-being is our main focus at Sacred Touch, both yours and ours, and because of this we respectfully ask that if you have been exposed to Covid-19 or RSV within the past 10-14 days, or someone who has had, or believe to be presently contagiously ill within past 72 hrs :  The Flu, Common Cold, Poison Ivy, Spreadable Skin Rashes or Conditions,  Warts,  or Impetigo, please immediately phone  ST   to re-schedule appointments.
