Gua Sha is a form of ancient therapy designed to generate heat, bring healthy blood and nutrients to stiff, restricted tissues. This slightly uncomfortable, but very effective technique aids in softening of muscles, pain reduction and increased mobility.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellations must be by phone spoken to and confirmed with a person 24 hrs. prior to appointment time. Any appointments not cancelled within 24 hour window will be automatically be charged a $45 nonrefundable fee to credit card on file.
